Veritenza
Your company uses Veritenza to see where work time goes and what could be automated.
Recorded
- Which site and page is in front, and for how long
- What you click: the button or field's name
- How many keys you type, and shortcuts such as Ctrl+C
- When you are away or the screen is locked
Never recorded
- What you type or what fields contain, unless your company has chosen to record typed text; never password or card fields
- Password managers and sites your company excludes
- Incognito windows
- Apps outside the browser: only that one was in use
Your company can choose to record more, such as the text on pages or screenshots. You will see exactly what after signing in, and in the Veritenza menu next to the address bar at any time.
Email addresses, card and ID numbers are removed before anything leaves this Chromebook.
Veritenza needs to read all sites. Without it nothing can be recorded.
Finish signing in in the tab that opened, then come back here.
